I am ing. Jeffry Turfboer, PMP, a freelance PRINCE2 Practitioner and PMP certified IT Projectmanager with over 13 years of experience in IT. My company is called "IT's A Success" and this is exactly the response I'm aiming for regarding my projects. But there's more: Another one of my goals is to make IT A Success!
This means that I don't just focus on making the project A Success, but also take the rest of your IT environment into consideration and that I will give advice wherever I see opportunities or threats.
With over 13 years of experience within IT, 7 of which as a Project Manager, and a broad technical background, I have successfully completed many projects. I possess excellent communication skills, which enable me to translate the demands and wishes of the business to solutions the IT department can provide. I have a strong drive to achieve the required results within the set limits of time, budget and quality. With my pragmatic, hands-on approach, I know how to get the right people around the table to have the right decisions made or to effectively address any issues. I quickly see the potential in people and like to help others grow. I empower my team members during the project, enabling them to get the best out of themselves and achieve more, which adds to the success of the project.
Specialties: Jeffry specializes in IT Infrastructure Project Management ranging from Cloud and On-Premise Infrastructure related migrations, like Work Space implementations, E-mail migrations and Datacenter migrations, to Unified Communications (i.e. chat and VOIP).

Jeffry has been with us for 6 months now, but it feels like he's been around much longer! (in a positive way :-)) By showing 'hard work, focus and dedication' he has proved to be a good project leader for our Microsoft specialist teams. Our Unified Communications team won the Microsoft 'Leading the Light' award for most UC voice lighthouses implementations in Europe: a great team effort and... with Jeffry as project leader!
